Our brief was to transform the old farmhouse and convert the existing barn and outbuildings to create 1 family forever home.

The site is located within the Pendle Open Countryside in Blacko. The property consists of an old farmhouse with attached barn and is categorised as a Non-Designated Heritage Asset.
As the building is categorised as a Non-Designated Heritage Asset, and there are a number of public footpaths within close proximity to the site, it was important to maintain both the character of the existing buildings and privacy for our clients.
The design includes 4-bedrooms, a home gym, home office, outdoor kitchen, garage, and games room.
